500 kg is the minimum order for standard PE protective film from our own plant in Wuxi, China. Here is what that really means in metres and square metres, which requests push the minimum up, and how to test the film before you commit to a full production run.

Acrylic hazes, ghosts and crazes under the wrong protective film. This guide gives tack levels by finish, thickness tables, films to avoid, removal practice and an RFQ checklist from a China PE film factory. Read More
There is no worldwide standard fixing how many grams of peel force equals “low” or “high” tack. Each supplier grades adhesion relative to its own product range — so 400 g/25mm is “low tack” at one factory and “ultra-high” at another, and both are honestly using the same number.
This article explains the three grading scales you will meet in the market, the difference between coated and self-adhesive film, and — most importantly — why the datasheet number is only a reference and how to specify film so that it actually matches your production line.
Construction floor film should be 80-100 microns with high tack for smooth floors, but carpet demands reverse-wound film that grips mechanically – standard adhesive film destroys carpet pile. This guide covers specs, dwell times, and application tips that prevent damage claims. Read More →
Custom printed PE protective film turns a consumable into a brand asset: logo, contact details, or removal instructions printed on every roll with 1-3 color printing at modest MOQs. This guide explains the OEM and private-label process from artwork to reorder. Read More →
Verify nine QC checkpoints before choosing a protective film supplier: incoming resin testing, coating weight consistency, online thickness gauging, per-batch tack peel tests, tensile data, aging tests, winding cleanliness, batch traceability, and COAs with every shipment. Read More →
Glass protective film needs medium-high tack and 60-80 micron thickness to survive cutting tables, transport vibration, and job-site storage. Float glass accepts high tack, but mirrors and Low-E coatings need low tack to prevent residue on sensitive coatings. Read More →
Store PE protective film at 15-30°C and 40-70% humidity, away from sunlight, vertically on end, in original packaging for up to 12 months. Heat, UV, and dry air are the three main enemies – this guide explains how each damages film and how to avoid it. Read More →
Aluminum and composite panels need low-to-medium tack PE film matched to the surface finish: anodized and PVDF-coated panels need low tack, while mill-finish accepts medium. This guide covers tack ratings by surface type, ACP fabrication requirements, and the failure modes that damage expensive finishes. Read More →
