These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website kaisyon.com and the purchase of PE protective film products from Wuxi Kaisyon New Materials Co., Ltd. (“Kaisyon”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Website Use
All content on this website — including product descriptions, technical data, images, and articles — is provided for general information. While we strive for accuracy, product specifications (thickness, tack range, dimensions) are subject to confirmation in your formal quotation. Content may not be copied or republished without written permission.
2. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are issued in writing and are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 30 days unless otherwise noted). An order is binding only after we confirm it in writing (proforma invoice or sales contract). Prices are quoted in the currency specified and exclude duties and taxes in the destination country unless expressly included.
3. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms for new customers: 30% deposit with order, 70% balance against copy of shipping documents. We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C at sight for qualified orders. Payment terms may be adjusted for established customers based on order history and credit review.
4. Lead Times and Delivery
Typical production lead time is 7–15 working days after deposit receipt, depending on order volume and film specifications. Delivery terms follow Incoterms agreed in the contract (commonly FOB Shanghai or Ningbo; CIF and DDP available on request). While we make every effort to meet confirmed dates, delivery dates are estimates and force majeure events (natural disasters, port congestion, government actions) may extend them without penalty.
5. Quality and Specifications
Products are manufactured to the specifications confirmed in your order. Production tolerance for film thickness is ±5% unless otherwise agreed. Retained samples from each production batch are kept for 6 months for quality-traceability purposes.
6. Quality Claims
Please inspect goods upon arrival. Any quality claim must be submitted in writing with photographs and batch/roll numbers within 30 days of receipt. Verified claims arising from manufacturing defects will be resolved by replacement, credit note, or refund at our discretion. Claims arising from improper storage, application, or removal of the film are excluded — please follow our storage guidelines and application recommendations.
7. Returns
Custom-produced film (custom width, printed, or special-tack products) cannot be returned unless defective. Standard catalog items may be returned within 15 days of receipt subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, provided the product is in original condition and packaging, and return shipping is prepaid.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from products or services is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, production downtime, or third-party claims arising from the end use of our products.
9. Intellectual Property
The Kaisyon name, logo, and website content are the property of Wuxi Kaisyon New Materials Co., Ltd. Custom-printed film produced with a customer’s brand remains the customer’s responsibility; the customer warrants that supplied artwork does not infringe third-party rights.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Commercial disputes should first be addressed through friendly negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
